Where Accountability Meets Compassion
Let's work together to build the skills
that matter.

Meet Elle...

Elle Anderson is a certified life coach with a therapeutic and education-based background. She specializes in working with teens and young adults navigating difficult transitional phases— with a niche in supporting high-functioning neurodivergent individuals who are intelligent, capable, and overwhelmed, yet often misunderstood by traditional systems.
Elle’s coaching provides individualized, hands-on support that helps clients put their priorities into action. Her compassionate approach to accountability creates support without coddling.
She focuses on practical skill-building, structure, and follow-through, especially during periods of low motivation or emotional overwhelm.
Elle often collaborates closely with families and mental health professionals to create an effective plan of action and cohesive support system. Her goal is to help young people build momentum, self-trust, and the skills needed to move confidently towards self sufficiency.

Coaching Is Not Therapy — and Both Matter

Coaching and therapy are different tools that do different jobs, and together they can facilitate long-term real change.
Therapy focuses on healing. It treats mental health conditions, processes trauma, and helps people make sense of deep emotional pain. When someone is struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, or suicidality, therapy is essential.
Coaching focuses on function and forward movement. It helps you translate insight into action, build real-life skills, and navigate daily challenges like communication, independence, motivation, and follow-through—especially when traditional approaches haven’t clicked.
I am not a therapist.
I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
What I do is work alongside individuals—and often their therapists— to help them develop practical skills that are applicable to how their brain works.
I am trained to support the implementation of therapeutic tools and strategies, not provide therapy or clinical treatment.
The best outcomes often happen when both are in place.
Therapy helps you heal and process.
Coaching helps you apply, practice, and move forward in real time.
When appropriate, I strongly support collaboration with therapists to create a cohesive support system and prevent mixed messages or carrying the load alone. Different roles, same goal: helping you feel supported, capable, and less alone as you grow.
One doesn’t replace the other.
Together, they create a much stronger support system.
